FAQ

ATTENDANCE & BOOKING GUIDELINES

  • POP-UP management may set a maximum number of guests allowed in the POP-UP to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
  • Guests should book a 1 hour time slot on this site to guarantee entry. Walk-ins are welcome, but may require queueing until space in-store becomes available. Entry without a pre-booked timeslot is not guaranteed.
  • After booking a time slot, click Show QR code to see the entry ticket.
  • A guest may book only one 1 hour time slot per day. Additional bookings on the same day by the same guest will be cancelled.
  • To avoid long queues and enjoy one full hour to experience the POP-UP, guests are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their booked time.
  • At the entrance to the POP-UP, guests are required to scan their QR code to gain entry.
  • To make booking changes, check email confirmation and click Manage booking.

GUEST SAFETY

  • POP-UP management may set a maximum number of guests allowed in the POP-UP to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
  • For the safety of guests and staff CCTV will be in operation.
  • Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. The POP-UP management will not be responsible for any loss, damage, and/or theft.
  • POP-UP management reserves the right to refuse admission and/or ask any guest to leave the premises for engaging in behaviour deemed disorderly or inappropriate.
  • No food and drinks or pets are allowed in the POP-UP.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY

  • Photography or videography for commercial or promotional purposes without permission is not permitted.
  • Pictures and videos will be taken inside the POP-UP and these images or videos may be uploaded on POP-UP management and HYBE’s social media channels.

PURCHASING AND REFUNDS

  • Payment can be made with debit or credit card. We are not accepting cash payments.
  • The product offering may vary over the duration of the POP-UP, and select items may sell out early due to limited quantity.
  • The POP-UP management reserves the right to restrict the quantity available for sale for select items.
  • Exchanges and refunds are permitted only within 14 days of purchase with the original purchase till receipt and if product is unused and in unopened packaging.
  • If a purchased item is found to have defects, it can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
  • Requests for exchange or refund may be rejected in the following cases:

       1. Change of mind 
       2. Damaged product labels (cut, lost product tags, and/or damaged shrink wrap)
 
       3. Signs of damage, alteration, use, wear, and odour or perfume residue
  • No exchanges or refunds after closure of POP-UP.
